Viniculture
Organic farming awaiting the label (planned for 2022). South East tilt
Grape varieties
Selection of the best plots by the team and our consultant oenologist Gilles Baude (winemaker of the year 2020 Guide Hachette). 70% Grenache, 15% Syrah and 15% Rolle. 1st French oenologist Dominique Laporte describes our selection: "Grenache brings gluttony, Syrah fixes a beautiful pink color with bluish nuances and avoids the oxidation of the Grenache color which leaves quickly on orange and will also bring structure and liveliness. The 15% white with the Rolle gives an interesting floral character and creates a unique whole. "

Ce Rosé est légé mais tenace en même temps ! On peut le boire en quantité importante sans avoir mal de tête ☺️ Juste comme il faut !
